*Delivery times are estimations only and shipping days = business days. Our warehouse do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We currently only offer Standard Shipping for all orders. 

Shipping estimates below are provided by our delivery partners and can vary depending on shipping destinations and external factors not limited to weather conditions, postal strike, customs clearance etc. Salty Cacti cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays caused by conditions that are beyond our control.

While we try our best to ensure that the orders are delivered within the specified time, during sale/festive/peak periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out so please allow additional time to receive your order.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO PROCESS/SHIP MY ORDER?

Our store requires that all orders are verified and approved in the order that they come in, and this may take between 3-5 days to process. Once your order has been processed it will be shipped and a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email that you entered during the checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You can track your order by clicking the link in the email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after 7 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at hello@saltycacti.com.

Note that orders with more than 1 item may be shipped separately from different warehouses. If there is an out of stock item, the available item will ship first and the second item will ship as soon as it becomes available. Under these circumstances, you will receive separate shipping confirmation email with two or more tracking numbers.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please see estimated delivery time for your country in the above table. The total delivery time will be the processing time and delivery time combined.


I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us at hello@saltycacti.com if you do not receive your order within 40 days from your date of purchase. We will investigate and try to locate your missing parcel. If your parcel is not delivered after 60 days and confirmed to be missing by the postal service, you can opt to receive either a refund or have it redelivered to the same address only. We are unable to process a refund if the non-delivery is due to wrong address provided resulting in a missing parcel. Parcels that get returned to our warehouse safely can be refunded after deducting the shipping and processing fee incurred at not less than $10 per order. Orders that exceed 40 days will be closed automatically and no refunds will be processed thereafter.


CUSTOM & DUTY CHARGES

Note that deliveries to some countries may incur custom/duty/import charges or taxes. The rate and amount vary depending on the value of the parcel, type of items, where they are from etc. Since different countries have different import laws, it is important that you are aware of the duties that apply in your country. Salty Cacti is not responsible for these charges and delay or non-delivery arising from custom officials holding the parcel. All applicable customs and import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer in order for your package to clear customs, though it is not always the case that your parcel will incur customs and import duties or taxes. Note that if you decide not to pay the custom/duty/import charges, you will not be refunded for your order.

END OF YEAR SHIPPING TIMES (CHRISTMAS & NYE PERIOD)

Note that end-of-year sale is one of the the busiest season not just for Salty Cacti, but also postal networks worldwide and so delays in shipping, tracking information, and delivery may occur. Our shipping partners cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery during this high volume period. The information on this page is for estimations only and Salty Cacti cannot be held responsible for parcels that do not arrive before Christmas.
