RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Kindly read through our returns and refund policy. When you make a purchase on Salty Cacti, you are agreeing to the following:

Refunds

We only authorise refunds when the product received is not as ordered (an incorrect item) or when a product cannot be used due to a significant defect. If one of these apply to you, please email* us within 3 days of receiving your product (the date your parcel is marked as delivered) to request for a refund. 

*include your order number, pictures of incorrect item/defective parts in your email to us; a partial to full refund via store credit is provided depending on the degree of defect.

Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit only upon authorisation. Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been authorised and processed.

Alternatively, if you wish to have the item redelivered to you instead of a refund, we will be able to re-ship to you free of charge. 

We strictly do not authorise refunds due to change of mind other than the reasons stated above. The following items are also strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • swimwear
  • intimates
  • bodysuit
  • women's accessories
  • footwear
  • sale items and
  • items which are no longer in their original packaging.


Returns

    We only accept returns when it has been authorised. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded. If your return request has been approved, the following has to be met:

    • ship out the product within 7 days from the date it was delivered and include a valid tracking number
    • returned product must be in its original condition: unused, undamaged, unwashed, all tags intact
    • returned product must not appear to have been used or worn (smell of perfume, deodorant or tan)

    Return label is not prepaid and customer is to bear the return shipping cost. We require a valid tracking to be included for the return parcel to ensure that it is delivered successfully. Salty Cacti is not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and refunds will not be issued if item is not received.

    Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed in the form of store credit/ new item to be shipped out. You will receive a notification email once it has been processed. Salty Cacti reserve the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above-mentioned conditions.


    Exchanges

    We do not accept exchanges at this moment.
